Review: The Mercenary by Petra Landon My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Mercenary by Petra Landon
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Landon has created a series that has exceeded all my expectations and has left me completely entranced and wanting more!
The world building is spectacular - The details she has woven into the book are out of this galaxy leaving the reader easily emerged in her universe
Her characters - are so animated - their energy and vitality literally spring from the pages
The story line is concrete and intricate - guaranteed to draw you in and keep you entertained
I absolutely craved the turn of each page - each new twist and discovery a consummate reflection of the strength in Landon's writing
Saakshi the main character for this story is strong and vivacious with a tenacity that rivals any warriors - soft of heart and strong of character
Zoran the leading male character is a Mercenary, battle hardened yet holds strong to the balance of honor and integrity amongst warriors resulting in the respect and trust of others in both high and low p…

Review: Beauty and the Beasts by Jess Bentley My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Beauty and the BeastsPackage Dealby Jess Bentley
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
⇒Please Note Title Change⇐
Totally not what I expected - Bentley delivered so much more
Bella is a writer, not an actress - yet she has been assigned the task of "improving" Emmets image in order to salvage the merger -In exchange she gets to become the true writer she has always dreamed of instead of the fluff writer her best friend and boss Hannah has made her- at least that was the promise made to her when she accepted the assignment -
Turns out not everyone is whom she thought they were - leading to an amorous meeting and some humorous errs - nor are everyone's intentions as pure as she once believed
This is a beautiful MFM romance that will soften even the hardest of hearts
On a personal note, Dillion definitely has my heart <3

Review: Demon Child by Kat Cotton My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Demon Child by Kat Cotton
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

An out of this world journey of fun and fantasy! A definite One Click
Clem - is the quintessential demon hunter with just a touch of kick @ss and a dash of quirk - absolutely love her character!
Nic is a self-absorbed narcissist that had me constantly on the fence between loving and hating him
Kisho - again love and hate relationship - he would flip rolls between subservient and dominant - he made me feel lust, love, and the need to knock some sense into him
This was a slow to burn book - Cotton built an excellent world with just enough background and detail to leave me wanting more but still feeling fulfilled
Entertaining and action packed with so many hidden gems within the pages
The twists that are unveiled are absolutely mind bending and so left field - and I am pretty creative

Review:Pretty Reckless by Jane Anthony My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Pretty Reckless by Jane Anthony
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Two Souls -Two Addicts - One Truth
Can he be Kat's salvation or will he become another addiction?

Kat is drowning - slowly being sucked into a whirlpool of her own creation
Chase is rebuilding - each day he adds one more stone to the path that will lead him from the darkness

Kat is a handful from the opening scene to the final page - she will have you laughing, crying and wanting to breach the pages just to let her know you are there for her.
I liked how Anthony portrayed Kat - When Kat's world does finally collapse she finds the strength to save herself  - she knows it has to be for her - by her.
Chase for me is the quintessential boyfriend - He has been where Kat is so he understands the addiction, the need to drown the pain - he himself has past demons- many of which are reflected in Kat's situation. He definitely does not need Kat and her implosion in his world right now but he is drawn to her in a way that leav…
