Geraint is a giant teddy bear!

Real quick this has an older man/ younger woman romance with a bit of the "Daddy" genre mixed in. I am going to admit that the above combo is far from one I enjoy reading but WOW did it work for these two. I devoured this in one sitting

My thoughts :

Geraint is seeking retribution for the murder of his brother and when he realizes that the young girl he saved years ago is the daughter of the man he seeks to destroy- Well, isn't revenge even sweeter when you can inflict a little emotional pain prior to the physical?

The chemistry between Geraint and Branwen is pretty strong from the start. Again, I normally have trouble when I feel a heroine just bellied up to her captor but that is not the emotion that I got from this. Branwen truly was young when she was traumatized (you have to read it) and I get she never dealt with it and she still is very immature/innocent when it comes to the realities of life.

I still really really loathe Arthur!!

This is fiction people it is supposed to stretch the realms of possible - that it makes you believe - that is what makes it magical
