The back and forth between Stella and Boz was spot on. Watching him stumble through today's norms and learning how to adapt was comical in itself. But when he realized that Stella was more than just a meal - I was dying.
The secondary characters were just as vivid and well scripted.
Easy to follow story line that keeps you engaged - not to mention the great ab work out
Boz was such a stick in the mud grumpy butt when he first awoke. Not that I can blame him. I would be a bit unfriendly if I woke centuries later in a new land with new norms and to find out I was no longer the top dog - let us not forget the splinters!
Always a pain in the backside
Stella was a fiery ball of positive energy and ambition. Her family's vineyard was deep in the red, her sisters' dreams of being chefs were on the line and her parents - their heart was in the right place even if it left her drowning in debt. But she could fix this. She had the education and the drive. She just needed to talk to the reclusive vineyard owner across the way - The eccentric man who rubbed her in all the wrong places - fine it was all the right places but he was still quite infuriating!
