I am referring to the unscrupulous, not so stable far from the rightful king at the moment because we all know that in every good adventure there is more than one adversary, and trust me when I say here there are many but there are also allies to be found in the least likely of places.

The Reaches is comprised of multiple kingdoms each with its own belief system and ruler but all beholden to the aforementioned king

I was not sure what to expect when I began this journey. It has been a while since I read a full length (500+) fantasy novel.

I'm glad I took the chance on this adventure.

A wonderfully crafted novel that easily transported me into a vivid universe filled with magic, suspense, angst, and family drama

Cradit created a unique universe for her tale. Vividly detailed kingdoms with unique characters that were well crafted and easy to connect with -

It did take some time to memorize who was who and what they were as well as how they connected to the overall storyline - but that is one of the things I enjoy about epic fantasy-

If it is done correctly it's like stepping into another world
