I am torn about how to rate this.
I really liked the whole new year wish idea and the way our two lovebirds connected was a wonderful twist to the story.
However, I had trouble processing some of Holly's choices.
I get she was a bit cautious but her response at the hotel and the week that followed made no sense to me.
London was just a dying socialite riding on the coattails of the drama she created
Gage and Tabby behaved a bit like the 'rents in all this drama which is pretty funny considering their "Yolo" lifestyles.
I do hope we get their stories!
Nick, I liked something fierce! He had the looks, the bod, and now the fame but he was still the same homegrown boy next door and it definitely showed in everything he did.
Nick is tired of the lack of connection. He has the success and notoriety now he just needs someone to share it with.
Holly hides behind her microphone she has never been good with face to face, the curse of being an introvert. Her talk show is popular but she is looking for that boost to put her over the top.
It is midnight - Two souls - Two wishes
Nick likes what he sees in Holly, the way they just fit when they are together. She is perfect for him and he wants the whole package, the dream but not if she can't give him 100% and not if she is using him to build her career.
Holly has experienced "love" first hand and she knows better than to dabble with a playboy. They are all the same. Right?
Can Holly get past her trust issues?
Can she give her heart and soul into Nick's care?
