Review: Stupid Smart by Jenn Hype

Stupid Smart by Jenn Hype My rating: 4 of 5 stars I can't recall the last time that two main characters who were the equivalent of oil and water were such an absolutely perfect match! This is an entertaining and enchanting romance that will check all your boxes! This had me in stitches from the opening scene - Moreover, if I had the results that Clara seemed to be encountering with her "blind dates" I would have given in long ago - Cats and Netflix forever Clara is sweet on the outside and tangy as all on the inside (she is a reverse sour bear! ) I liked that she lived her life how she felt comfortable from her dress to her endearing attitude 😉 she was a constant source of wonderment Liam - that boy has it bad - he is the player, the joker, the commitment-phobe and her brother's employee - making him off-limits to Clara - not to mention he is a womanizer and an arse! What started out for Liam as a bit of a joke has become a challenge he has no i...

Review: His Uptown Guy by Felice Stevens

His Uptown Guy by Felice Stevens 💕 All the feels An Amazing Journey of compassion, hope, and acceptance Jesse's world has slowly imploded and he finds himself a bit lost and a whole lot alone - multiple events have left him with agoraphobia - he finds himself at a turning point where he must choose- fight to move forward or abandon hope and let the darkness take him Dash has a dream to bring him and his family out of poverty and into a life of stability and dreams I enjoyed the charisma that both the main characters emitted - They were so easy to connect with -I can not tell you how many times I wanted to reach in and shake them and remind them they were worthy! This was such a sweet and emotionally satisfying romance A little angst, a little humor and a whole lot of happily ever after The copy I read was comp. View all my reviews

Review: All My Truths &One Lie by Fabiola Francisco

All My Truths & One Lie by Fabiola Francisco Emotional - Endearing - Powerful This is on a completely different level than what Francisco normally writes For me, this was a raw and at times very emotional read Navia - We share her journey as she strips her sense of self down to the core- almost a place of primal being - and slowly rebuilds her self love - confidence - and gratification - until she finds the woman she was truly meant to be I do not want to give away anything - I believe that each of us we will come away with something different from this read - I will say be prepared to laugh, to cry - to find that you pause for a moment and reflect on your own self - Yes, it is that powerful - that beautiful View all my reviews
